Any teams from outside of Rochester interested in playing in EAHC/Empire for 2025-26 should contact the EAHC President in August. Divisions are determined by 9/15 and game scheduling begins immediately after 9/15.

2025-26 Championship Weekend for 10U-18U Divisions is Wed, Feb 18 thru Sun, Feb 22, 2026 Most games will be played Fri to Sunday but any 5 team divisions will have a game before Friday.

Championship Weekend Participation is mandatory and Teams may NOT schedule conflicting games, events or Tournaments.

EAHC will require all 10U to 18U teams to use the Gamesheet scoring App on an iPAD starting in 2025-26. All 10U thru 18U team HC & Mgrs will receive an invite to setup their team in September or early October. The EAHC Schedule will be loaded to Gamesheet by the webmaster (not teams). EAHC also will use each team's USA Hockey Roster to load each team's players and Team Staff.

Instructions for Managers are above on how to accept the invitation and a link to videos on how to use the Gamesheet app (for Mgrs and Scorekeepers).

Many teams tried and used the Gamesheets App last season including most of the 14U teams with excellent results. No more mailing scoresheets!

EAHC receives team complaints about concerns over player intimidation, parent issues in the stands, coach misbehavior, etc. We hope all have a calm, fun and enjoyable 2025-26 season without these types of issues. EAHC Member orgs will be enforcing the Parent Code of Conduct that every parent signed.

There will be NO stats kept in Google Docs in 2025-26. All stats are being kept in Gamesheet and only the Head Coach and Mgr have access to see them.

Use to Report Game Misconducts & Match Penalties

ONLY Head Coaches or their designee should be filling out Referee Evals. Teams should report good/excellent refs and any games with a problem and . use the comments field to identify specific reasons. Evals w/out comments generally have no value.

Petition: Orgs (or Head Coaches with org permission) may petition for an exception to EAHC rules.
