Welcome to the Empire Amateur Hockey Conference website. Remember that our site is continuously evolving and we will add to it over time. Here, you'll be able to get news, information, schedules, rosters, game results, directions and much much more. Check back frequently for the latest information about our conference.

This year the EAHC will manage and supervise league play for approximately 100 youth hockey teams in the greater Rochester area. Teams range from Mites through Midgets, at both the 'A' & 'B' local levels. Our EAHC 2012-2013 hockey season runs from October, 2012 through February, 2013 with playoffs from February 12 to February 21, 2013 and Championship Finals on February 23 & 24, 2013.

NYSAHA Scholarship Winner - Andrew Barreca

Each year at the Annual Meeting of the New York State Amateur Hockey Association four scholarships are awarded to High School or Prep School Seniors going on to college. The Bob Allen scholarships are awarded based on the individuals participation at school, with their community, and involvement in youth sports. The Scholarships are for $1000 each and given directly to the winners upon verification of enrollment at college.

One former Empire player is one of the winners for 2013. Andrew Barreca, a player from Perinton Youth Hockey, was announced as one of the 4 winners on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the Annual Meeting in Buffalo. Andrew is a senior at Bishop Kearney High School, an Honor Roll Student and member of the National Honor Society, an Eagle Scout and played 4 years of Varsity Hockey and Lacrosse in addition to playing both House and Travel Hockey. He is also a 4 year hockey referee who will continue refereeing in Buffalo and Rochester while attending the University of Buffalo as a Chemical Engineering Major.
